Its not every day that you get to be invited to participate in something that is great. Well today is your lucky day. You – YES – You are personally invited to be a part of something big. Something that took seconds to form, but will take decades to break apart.
I’m sure at this point curiosity would be eating you alive if I hadn’t given away the topic of todays post in the title. But incase you missed it – Newbs TF2 has their very own server clan now! I know, I know, we sure took our sweet time deciding to create one. But now we have one. So yay :) Oh, and our symbol of hotness is [N]. Short, sweet, simple, and N-Style *ducks*.
… Copy and Paste from the forums …
This non-competitive clan is open to all players on the Newbs servers that consider themselves _Newbs_. Enrollment is simple, the cost is free, and the fun times you’ll have from being in [N] are priceless. Where other clans have strict participation rules, or require donations to join the servers clan here at Newbs none of this is necessary. There are a few simple rules though:
1) Be a positive player. Keep personal attacks and trash talk to yourself.
2) No griefing, racism, hate.
3) Membership is limited to 1 community clan (eg: you can not be in eGO and in N at the same time)
4) Have a good time
In order to join [N] there are a couple simple things that must be done:
1) Register on the forum
2) Post a NEW thread in the [N] forum ( http://www.tf2newbs.com/forum/index.php/board,29.0.html )
This post should introduce yourself – please include:
Name
Favorite Class
Region (Time zone is fine)
Brief Description
This can be much the same as the ‘meet the newb’ thread.
Here is my sample Application:
Name : octo-dhd
Favorite Class: Engineer
Region : Cali
Description : Your moms favorite octopus
Yup. Its that easy.
Once you make this post add [N] at the beginning of your name. At this time we are allowing multiple tags, so you can be a [N]ewb and an [ICE] member [N][ICE], or [N]{OSS}. You can remove the [N] if you’re going to play in a match Please be sure to check with your clan leader to see if you are allowed multiple tags, as far as I know most of the existing clans on the newbs servers do allow it.
